I really hate to leave a negative review.. but also feel I can save others the time, cost & disappointment. I was quoted by Sarah, the owner, for a small window tint job in my daughter’s nursery. I was promised it would darken the room significantly. Shortly after the technicians arrived at our home one left because the correct window tint was forgotten at the shop. While the one was gone the other sat in my daughter’s nursery for nearly an HOUR. Once he returned with the correct tint I had asked during application if it was the correct shade because it didn’t seem to be darkening the room whatsoever. I was told to let it cure and it will look different after a couple days - it has not. The technicians left & left behind water / solution running down the walls from the windows. When I contacted Sarah about my concerns & overall experience she again promised complete resolution in her initial email and that the correct tint would be ordered and I could expect a reinstall. It has been 2 weeks now and I cannot get ahold of anyone at their office via phone or email. I’ve shared my bad experience with friends & family who have now told me they’ve had similar experiences with window c

I cannot say enough good things about Window Genie of Green Bay! After 23 years in my home, my windows have never looked this clean — including my sunroom, which is 100% glass. Anyone who deals with cottonwood trees knows how brutal those sticky pods are on glass. I’d tried to tackle it myself twice before and it was like fighting gorilla glue. Window Genie succeeded beyond my wildest dreams and got it spotless. I also hired them to power wash all the cement on my property — driveway, sidewalks, everything — and apply a protective sealant afterward. It’s a two-step process, and the cleaning results were fantastic. A few days later they came back to apply the sealant, but wouldn’t you know it, within half an hour of finishing, an unexpected rain shower rolled through (nowhere in the forecast!) and washed away some of their work. Instead of leaving it, they made it right without hesitation and came back out to reapply the sealant to the affected areas. Through it all, the team was easy to work with, friendly, conscientious, and completely professional. That kind of follow-through and accountability is hard to find these days. I’d highly recommend Window Genie of Green Bay to anyone

Absolutely outstanding work! The team traveled all the way to my cabin in Crystal Falls, Michigan, to install window tinting on two large west-facing patio doors and two additional large west-facing windows. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was completed perfectly. The crew was professional, courteous, and great to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend Window Genie for anyone looking for high-quality window tinting and exceptional customer service. Thank you for a job well done!
